Paul Suda, LMT, AOBTA

Paul Suda completed shiatsu and massage training at Zen Shiatsu Chicago in the spring of 2024. His specialty is the Zen Shiatsu style of massage. He has also studied western massage styles and Traditional Chinese medicine systems that influenced the foundation of shiatsu massage.

Sessions with Paul are full body one hour treatments that include guided movement and stretching as well as acupressure point work and massage. Paul creates personalized whole body massage treatments for each client, with the goal of relaxation and full body wellness.
